A freely available data portal is provided to each customer, offering a unique and personalized experience. This data portal ensures that all customer information is securely stored in a database hosted by Amazon Web Services, with a remarkable data retention period of one year. The portal grants customers the freedom to access and analyse their data in near real-time, allowing them to stay up-to-date with the latest information. Additionally, customers have the convenience of downloading their data for archiving purposes, ensuring that important information can be accessed and stored for future reference. With this comprehensive and user-friendly data portal, customers can effortlessly manage and utilize their data, making informed decisions and driving their business forward.
One system, two communications options
'Long Range' Low Power Wide Area Networking (LPWAN) communication protocol that operates in a license-free radio frequency spectrum.
Long range communication up to 10 miles in line of sight.
We use the The Things Network, an open network for maximum leverage of existing coverage.
NarrowBand-Internet of Things (NB-IoT) is a standards-based Low Power Wide Area Networking (LPWAN) technology developed to enable a wide range of new IoT devices and services over the cellular infrastructure.
Medium / Long range communications up to 1 mile in urban areas, and approximately 6 miles in rural areas.
We use 1NCE sims with 10 years access and 500 MB Data Volume inclusive or Soracom sims with up to 10 years access and 3000 MB Data Volume inclusive.
